E8 Funding offers very over-priced funding opportunities for traders. Spreads and slippage are known to be very large with high, significantly worse-than-average conditions for prop firms even though they claim "tier-1 liquidity and strive to be the top proprietary trading firm in the world".

E8 Funding is a proprietary company founded on November 2021. Based in the USA, with offices in Dallas, Texas, and Prague, Czech Republic, they offer an average 80% profit split. E8 Funding is partnered with a mysterious liquidity providers as their broker and are known for poor trading conditions and large sign-up fees.
E8 Funding used to have free trial account but has since discontinued offering them. They offer three funding programs: E8 evaluation, ELEV8, and E8 Track program accounts. There is no minimum trading day requirement and a very cool looking website / backend.
E8 Funding's evaluation and ELEV8 program is unique but not in a god way. This program is one of the most expensive programs of any prop firm at $888 for a $100k account. Accounts have a two-phase evaluation process that requires traders to complete both phases before they are eligible for funding. The profit target is 8% in phase one and 5% in phase two, with 5% daily max loss calculated with balance and equity and 8% overall maximum loss rules just like the normal E8 evaluation but once you are funded if you can make a massive 16% gain in a very short window of only 30 calendar days which is the equivalent rate of 590%+ per year (accounting for compound interest every 30 days) then you get the benefit of having a $200k account the following month (which most $200k accounts from other prop firms are already around that price point without needing to make 16% gain after getting funded) and growing an additional $100k account size each time you pull off this remarkable accomplishment. This caps out at $1mm but I really doubt anyone has done this more than a very small handful times on a single account given that at the time of writing this, the leaderboard shows the highest account is only $314,218.08, getting nowhere near the $1 million account mark.
The company has no discord server but does have some mid social media accounts on other platforms.
E8 Funding offers traders three different programs to choose from: E8 evaluation program accounts, ELEV8 program accounts, and E8 Track program accounts. The E8 evaluation program is designed to identify serious and talented traders who are rewarded for their consistency in the two-phase evaluation period.
In the first phase, traders must reach a profit target of 8% without surpassing their 5% daily loss limit or 8% maximum loss rules. They have 30 calendar days from the day they place their first position on the evaluation account to hit the profit target. There is no minimum number of trading days required to move to phase two.
In the second phase, traders must reach a profit target of 5% without surpassing their 5% daily loss limit or 8% maximum loss rules. They have 60 calendar days from the day they place their first position on the evaluation account to hit the profit target. There is no minimum number of trading days required to move to a funded account.
Upon completing both evaluation phases, traders are awarded a funded account with no profit targets. Traders still need to respect the 5% daily loss and 8% maximum loss rules. Their first payout is 8 calendar days from the day they place their first trade on their funded account, and all other withdrawals can be submitted on a bi-weekly basis. The profit split is 80%, based on the profit made on the funded account. Note that the maximum loss rule increases by +1% with each successful withdrawal, up to a maximum of 14%.

E8 Funding is really great prop firm, already got my two payouts from them. Rest e8funding is doing great work, keep this up, loving to trade with them! Very good firm
Excellent online support. Spoke with Andrew who was kind, patient and extremely clear in his information. I've spoken to him before as well with similar experience. E8; he is an asset at your frontline. Thank you Andrew.
I’ve been trading with prop firms for quite a while now but E8 has been a surreal experience to me. Since I started trading May last year, I’ve been offered everything possible to facilitate my trading. I had faced issues with Leverage before but E8 Funding didn’t disappoint me in this case. Highly Recommended.
E8 is really a top notch trade firm, Andrew was really helpful. Everything went on smoothly during both the 2 phases, I received my split in due time too. I will Highly recommend this prop firm, they are the best so far.
Spreads were above average

The trading instruments displayed above are examples of what this prop firm offers, and not all instruments may be shown or the correct brokers may be listed.
Payout proof was very difficult to find. E8 Funding doesn't have a discord channel, they do have a telegram but it's set so only the admins can type, making it mostly useless. I then tried to find payout proof on their Instagram that the support sent me, none to be found, also mostly useless. The support also sent me two Facebook pages. One is yet another promotional page with the other, the last link the support gave me is a group that has restricted entry. I'm yet to find any payout proof with E8 but I have no reason to assume they aren't paying out.
E8 Funding doesn't use a normal broker. Instead, they have unknown secretive liquidity providers. The conditions are far from good. High commissions, large spreads, and plenty of slippage. They support either MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading platforms.
If you can't find the information you need on E8 Funding's website, I don't blame you. Their website isn't easy to find information compared to most prop firms. There's a lack of information displayed on their website, they have more information on a separate FAQ page.
In my experience, support was ok. The initial response speed was decent but they weren't open to disclosing basic information such as who their broker / liquidity provider nor information about traders being able to scale with the ELEV8 program. E8 funding support waisted over 30 mins of my time for a single question about spread / commissions and took several attempts to get an answer and eventually answered "Hard to say..." the entire support request took over 2 hours for around 5 question with their "Live" chat on their website.
You can also reach out to their support team through their email at support@e8funding.com or their live chat support team is available from 7 AM to 6 PM CST on weekdays, and from 11 AM to 2 PM CST on weekends.
In conclusion, E8 Funding is a likely a legitimate proprietary trading firm but in my opinion, definitely not worth the high price and traders should expect poor trading conditions if they decide to go with E8 Funding. E8 Funding offers traders three different funding programs: the E8 evaluation and ELEV8 programs, and the E8 Track program. E8 Evaluation and E8 Track programs are industry-standard 2 and 3 step evaluation challenges. The ELEV8 program however, seems to be extremely gimmicky and EXTREMELY overpriced, even more than the other two options coming in at almost double the price of same size accounts from E8's prop firm competitors with little to no benefit to show for it. The only reason I can find to go with E8 over other prop firms is if you are maxed out with all the better ones or really like their cool looking website enough to overcome the otherwise poor and overpriced offering.
